SPESE OBBLIGATORIE (da saldare in loco al check-in)
FORFAIT: al giorno per persona dal 15.06 al 13.09: € 10,00 adulti; € 5,00 bambini 3/11.99 anni, gratuiti bambini 0/2.99 anni. I prezzi includono i consumi energetici (elettricità, acqua, gas) e la prima fornitura di biancheria da letto e bagno (cambio biancheria da letto e da bagno ogni 7 notti, per soggiorni di almeno 14 notti).
PULIZIA FINALE: Bilo € 80,00, Trilo 6/6VM € 90,00, Quadri € 100,00. Angolo cottura e conferimento dei rifiuti a cura del cliente o supplemento di € 50,00.
TASSA DI SOGGIORNO: da saldare in loco in contanti, obbligatoria per il comune di Baja Sardinia. L’importo può variare a seconda del periodo.
CAUZIONE: € 200,00 restituibili a fine soggiorno dopo una verifica dello stato dell’appartamento. In caso di partenze al di fuori degli orari dell’ufficio ricevimento, il deposito cauzionale potrà essere resƟtuito tramite bonifico bancario (spese a carico del cliente).
